1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Thrivevivrenew ("we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for educational products, program access, and consulting services purchased through thrivevivrenew.world.

We want you to feel informed when purchasing our screen-free evening programs and related educational materials. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your options and the steps to request a refund.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this Refund Policy and mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, the applicable law shall prevail.

2. Digital Educational Products

Digital educational products include downloadable workbooks, printable worksheets, self-paced module access, and relaxation activity guides.

2.1 Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • You have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the purchased materials.
  • You provide a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.
  • The request is submitted within the 14-day window from the date of purchase confirmation.

2.2 Partial Refunds

If you have accessed more than 20% but less than 50% of the purchased materials, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price at our discretion, depending on the circumstances of your request.

2.3 No Refund After Extensive Access

No refund is available if you have accessed more than 50% of the purchased digital content, as the educational value has been substantially delivered.

3. Program and Challenge Access

Multi-week programs and challenges, including the 14-day screen-free challenge and three-week relaxation track, have specific refund conditions:

3.1 Before Program Start

If you cancel before the program start date indicated in your confirmation email, you receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees (typically 3–5% of the transaction amount).

3.2 During the First Week

If you request a refund within the first 7 days of an active program and have completed fewer than 3 daily modules, you may receive a refund of up to 75% of the program fee.

3.3 After the First Week

Refund requests submitted after the first week of an active program are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider factors such as technical issues preventing access, duplicate purchases, and documented service failures on our part.

4. Consulting Sessions

One-on-one consulting sessions for personalized evening planning guidance are subject to the following refund terms:

4.1 Cancellation by Client

  • More than 48 hours before scheduled session: Full refund or free rescheduling at your choice.
  • 24–48 hours before scheduled session: 50% refund or one free rescheduling within 30 days.
  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled session: No refund; one rescheduling option may be offered at our discretion.
  • No-show without notice: No refund.

4.2 Cancellation by Thrivevivrenew

If we cancel a consulting session due to consultant unavailability or technical issues on our end, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.

4.3 After Session Completion

Consulting sessions that have been completed are non-refundable. If you believe the session did not meet the described scope, contact us within 7 days with specific details for review.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are generally non-refundable:

  • Promotional or discounted bundles marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift purchases after the recipient has redeemed access.
  • Custom-written personalized plans after delivery of the final document.
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to touch@thrivevivrenew.world with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order or confirmation number, and date of purchase.
  3. Specify the product or service for which you are requesting a refund.
  4. Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your request.

Alternatively, you may submit a refund request through our contact form, selecting "Refund Request" in your message.

We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 10 business days of receipt.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution.
  • Currency: Refunds are issued in US dollars. Currency conversion rates applied by your bank are outside our control.
  • Confirmation: You receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us and we will investigate the status with our payment processor.

8. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from digital content purchases within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

However, if you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, the withdrawal right may not apply after access has been granted. This acknowledgment is presented at the time of purchase.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under EU or national law.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of access to purchased materials and future services.

We cooperate fully with payment processors during chargeback investigations and provide documentation of service delivery where applicable.
